Failed oil pump — engine likely coming out
We were in the middle of routine maintenance and some small reliability upgrades when we found the water pump wasn't turning. It feeds off the oil pump — which also isn't turning. That's about as bad as it sounds. We'll need to pull the engine; whether it gets rebuilt or replaced with a rebuilt unit is still up in the air.

Mystery electrical gremlins
Something's causing intermittent problems with 4WD, the cooling fan, comms, and lights all at once — which usually points to one root cause, if we can find it. Chasing it down before we have to leave.
